What if you purchase a light box or dawn simulator and find that it doesn't meet your needs or expectations? Please call us at 1-800-486-6723 or in the Minneapolis, MN local calling area our number is 651-351-9800.
We have a 30 day trial period, if you are not satisfied with the results you may return the product. Excluding light bulbs and books. You will receive a full refund minus shipping charges if the conditions below are met.
Light bulbs and books are not returnable. Please order a smaller quantity of bulbs if you are not certain that they are what you want.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% repackaging fee if products are not returned in their original box with all manuals included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns past the trial period. If accepted, there will be a 20% restocking fee per month past the 30 days.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice or the Internet confirmation order # in the inside of the package . Also please let us know why you are returning the product.
It is very important that the products be repackaged in their original packaging as this will reduce the risk of breakage. You will be responsible for all breakage. Please return your shipment through the same shipping method in which your product arrived i.e. if it arrived via UPS return UPS. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

If you ship the product back to the manufacturer you will be subject to the manufacturers restocking fees.
Make sure all packages are traceable i.e. UPS, FedEx or Insured mail. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
Minneapolis will call customers: All returns will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
